Enormous selection and super convenient location. The staff here does seem to be a bit checked out though, but then again, who isn't nowadays? I asked the cashier how he was doing, and he responded with a suppressed "ehhh", as if he wasn't fulfilled working there. I can't imagine this store would offer a livable wage anyway. He was as friendly as he could be though.

I went to PetSmart to find good food for my cute puppy, and it was a great experience. One of the employees came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told them I wanted the best food for my furry friend, and they showed me different options. They explained the good and bad things about each one. They finally suggested one, and I decided to buy it. I'm really happy with my purchase because the food they recommended is perfect for my puppy.

I prefer our local pet smart to Petco or Pet Supplies Plus because of selection and customer service. We also use their Grooming services for our 100lb Black lab. We usually get the package to include bath, dry, furminator brushing, nail grind, ear cleaning, and teeth brushed. The price is decent for that package between $50-$60. Also, our pup LOVES the girls that work there and they are really good with her and do a great job. She has to have special hypoallergenic shampoo and they offer that at no extra cost as well. We have never used the vet located in this location(Banfield). They also have cats for adoption that are rescues from a local cat shelter and my son and I love to check them out along with the fish when we go. They do not have any other animals/pets for sale at this PetSmart. The only reason I give 4 out of five is because there prices are high when it comes to the products they sell, however all pet supply stores seems to carry hefty price tags. Store staff are very friendly and helpful.

Been a customer for years. First time go fo this location for grooming. Discriminating, refused service because my dog has skin issue. Found all the excuses like my dog is “aggressive” because they don’t know how to handle my dog. Wouldn’t refund me because their system says services left in my package are “free”. if free, are you not going to pay your groomer if I redeem the service? Not making sense.

Grooming service sucks, legit was going to bring my puppy in and since he was nervous and his tail was wagging happy. He bark once and she wanted to state my dog is aggressive because he barked. They have no idea what they are doing. He has not had any problems at any other services, I tried this cause I moved. If you are scared of dogs don't be a groomer they aren't all going to be fine with strangers right away!
